Salish Sea Wide Molt-Blitz

Partake in a Salish Sea-wide effort to monitor crabs on Friday, June 26th for a Molt Blitz! Experienced/previously trained volunteers are welcome to do as many surveys on any shorelines across the puget sound as they are able. Want to join in and can’t make our June 13th Crab Molt Survey Training? Join our Education Coordinator, Santiago Ramos Torrescano, at KVI on that same Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm to learn how to identify European green crabs and to report findings. Participants will have plenty of time after the training to help in the molt blitz. Besides this training, no previous experience is required.
