SalmonWatchers 2026
Join us for another year collecting quantitative data on salmon returning to spawn in our creeks. Volunteers will either monitor a creek from a stationary sit spot 1-2 times a week for 20 minutes or conduct a reach walk along a section of creek once a week documenting the presence of salmon from October 1st to December 31st. Creeks include Judd, Shinglemill, Cove, Tahlequah, Ellis, Ellisport, Fisher, Gorsuch and Raab’s.
New volunteers must attend the training session on September 23 from 6:30-8 pm at the Land Trust building.
