Mushrooms at Night!
Join us for some fungi fun on Judd Creek loop trail at Vashon-Maury Island Land Trust’s Judd Creek Preserve. Mushroom expert Hannah Morosoff returns to lead this family-friendly walk, this time at night! You will learn about mushroom classification and ecology and use black lights to see which mushrooms glow at night. This is not a foraging outing. Learn about all our incredible mushrooms large and small on this 3/4 mile night stroll. Bring flashlights, black lights if you have them (we will have some to use) and dress for the weather.
