Whale Ambassadors – Bone Cleaning

Become a Whale Ambassador and help clean whale bones! We’re getting ready to rebuild Singer the gray whale’s skeleton for educational display at Vashon Center for the Arts—but before his bones can be pieced together, they must be carefully cleaned and dried. If you’re interested in helping, join our Whale Ambassadors team! This group of volunteers will support us with moving, cleaning, measuring, weighing, and assembling the bones.

Training Session: June 26th, 2025 @ 6:30pm
We’ll be holding a training session where volunteers will be introduced to Singer’s bones and trained in cleaning protocols.
